What it’s all about: Five Sentence Fiction is about packing a powerful punch in a tiny fist. Each week the hostess will post a one word inspiration, then anyone wishing to participate will write a five sentence story based on the prompt word. The word does not have to appear in your five sentences, just use it for direction.
Giabella pirouetted on fishnet-stockinged stiletto heels, to gaze at the scantily-clad mirror image.
Satisfied, she applied her favourite shade of ruby lipstick, checked her wristwatch and lifted a silver clutch purse from the hallway table, en-route to the front door.
Childhood-induced terrors, that even the Eminent Doctor had failed to fix, flooded her mind, as she completed the ritual.
She melted into the inky darkness.
It held new terrors for her, but SHE was in control now!
