I’M ALL A~TWITTER !!
Well folks (or is that supposed to be tweeps …) – it's official ! I'm no longer a technological 'tard – I am now on twitter ! YAY ! I have signed up and am part of that wonderful and crazy sphere known as Twitterverse (see , I do learn fast , after all …)
But I have a question . Actually a few … Some tweeters have thousands of followers and also follow just as many . Now honestly speaking , how does the tweeter with hundreds of followers read all those tweets ? And how does he/she manage his/her twitter feed ? Sounds crazy ! Is it just for status ? And how do you respond to hundreds of tweets per day , or is it hundreds per hour or per minute ? Is a tweeter expected to respond to every single tweet that twits by ? Is there official twitter etiquette or twitter ethics ? Or would that be tweetiquette or tweethics ?
From a writer's perspective , how on earth would you find time to write if you have to respond to hundreds of tweets every day ?
You don't. Basically, you update your status like you would on Facebook and fall into conversation like we did today.
It's actually a relaxed environment to be in. Trust me.
😉
Thanks Misha ~ problem is I’m not on Facebook … but I get what you’re saying … 🙂
If you check your mentions you can see just the comments aimed at you specifically (or about you) which is all that matters, right?
For sure … thanks Mood !
I have absolutely no clue.
Clueless was also my middle name before I signed up ! 🙂 LOL ! But I’m not busting my head over it … just wondering …
so you bit the bullet or took the birdseed…
good for you!
stop by my blog, i have something for you =)
Yep ~ I sure did … and it’s about time too … ooooh something for me *claps hands in glee*
Congratulations! I know it'll help your writing career for sure. I've been on twitter for awhile but I don't think I've unlocked its full potential just yet. MOstly I use it for announcing new blog posts or blogger friends' contests. ONe of these days, I'll have to learn more about twitter. 🙂
