Stop procrastinating ! Get your butt out of that chair and move on . You know exactly what has to be done . Get on with it . This is not new . You've done it a million times . Heck , I imagine you can complete the programme in your sleep . Push that body to the max !

Remember the time when we were younger , we would subject our scrawny , under-developed torsoes to such torture , week in and week out , unrelenting and determined ? The others laughed at us … teased us … but look at you today , that childhood dream within reach , so close … who's laughing now , I ask ?

      To be honest , I haven’t done any good exercise for a long time … not enough hours in the day LOL !
