G is for Go For The Idea That Catches Your Breath…

Welcome to your daily dose of inspiration:
In Darkness Be Light.

Since social media and news in recent times has been filled with so much hate and negativity, these simple reminders aim at promoting positivity and lightening up your day.

Go for the idea that catches your breath, gives you goosebumps, and sends a shiver of fear down your spine. Because that idea can take you to milestones you haven’t dared to achieve yet!

Would you like to be a part of spreading positivity? Check out the We Are The World Blogfest, which aims at promoting positive news. Here’s the shortened version:

  • Keep your post to below 500 words, as much as possible.
  • All we ask is you link to a human news story on your blog on the last Friday of each month, one that shows love, humanity, and brotherhood. Something like this news, about a man who only fosters terminally ill children.
  • Join us on the last Friday of each month in sharing news.

Have you discovered the thing that scares you because it challenges you to succeed and to make big changes in your life? What are you doing about it?

Great quote, Michelle. We need to follow our instincts and take risks to achieve anything great.

There’s so much truth in that simple word ‘go’. ‘Stop’ and we never move forward, become static. Good G word.

The idea that catches your breath and gives you goosebumps is the one that will have you hopping out of bed each morning, and the one you stick with. Your quote is an excellent dose of inspiration, Michelle.

Going for the thing that scares me…putting myself out in the public eye with books, blogs, and general cheerleading for other indie artists. Not to mention sharing positive messages. This is tough for an introvert like me. I do it because I feel that is where I belong at this time. Thanks for sharing this quote. ~fellow #WATWB member

Great post. It’s good to go for what fires us up. It will give us drive to complete it, and it that enthusiasm will shine out for others to appreciate.

I’ve found that the ideas that have made me nervous and a little afraid have often been the ones I ended up being the most glad I pursued. πŸ™‚
